About These Terms

These terms cover use of icu.network, including participation applications and event-interest forms. The website is operated by iCu The Network LLC, using the ICU Network and iCu The Network names (“ICU,” “we,” or “us”). For website or application questions, contact info@icu.network. Read these terms before submitting a form. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Applications and Event Requests

Provide accurate information and contact details, and submit only material you have permission to share. If you discover an error after submitting, contact us with your submission reference.

An application or confirmation of receipt does not guarantee selection, casting, employment, representation, a booking, compensation, or participation in an event. Any offer and its specific conditions must be communicated separately by ICU.

An event-interest request asks ICU to follow up with information. It is not a ticket, registration, reservation, or attendance confirmation.

Model applications require confirmation that applicants are at least 18. For non-model roles, minors participating in a show must have a parent present.

Files and Other Submitted Material

You retain your rights in material you submit. By submitting an application, you give ICU permission to receive, store, copy as needed for its intake systems, and review your application and files, and share them with ICU team members and service providers involved in handling your application and considering future ICU opportunities, as described in the Privacy Policy.

This does not grant ICU a general right to publish your portfolio, use your likeness in advertising, or commercially exploit your work. Separate public or promotional use must have its own appropriate permission.

Do not submit material that infringes another person’s rights, unlawfully exposes personal information, or contains malicious software. You are responsible for obtaining permissions needed for other people or work appearing in your submissions.

Appropriate Use

Do not impersonate someone else, send fraudulent or abusive submissions, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the website, or bypass security controls. ICU may restrict access or reject submissions to address misuse or protect the service.

Website Content and External Services

Website text, branding, photographs, video, and other content belong to ICU or their respective owners. Website access does not give permission to republish or commercially use that content without permission or another lawful basis.

Some links lead to external ticketing, registration, gallery, or social-media services. Review their terms and privacy information before using them. A link does not mean ICU controls that service.

Paid bookings, tickets, coaching, vendor arrangements, performances, and other engagements may have separate terms presented for that transaction. Ticket refund requests are handled through Tabyt. Consult the terms presented for your particular ticket or purchase. These website terms do not establish a separate refund or cancellation policy.

Availability and Event Information

We aim to keep website and event information accurate, but pages can contain errors and schedules or availability can change. Contact ICU if you need confirmation before making arrangements. The website may be unavailable during maintenance or service interruptions.

If a submission fails or receipt is unclear, follow the form’s retry instructions or contact ICU. Keep your own copies of submitted material and confirmations.

Changes and Questions

We may update these terms as the website or services change and will show the updated effective date. A separate agreement for an existing engagement remains subject to its own terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
